In 2022 The Algorithm I sold out in seconds. In 2023, its sequel The Algorithm II did the same. Now, in 2024, we present the final installment of our blockbuster barrel-aged Imperial Stout trilogy: The Algorithm III. Part I explored time and space by aging Owlbert Einstein in Texas Bourbon casks. Part II defied gravity by soaking Owlsaac Newton in Armagnac casks. Part III bathes Owlie Curie in California bandy casks as lively and radioactive as a Nobel Prize-winning scientist. This limited-edition Imperial Stout merges California’s fresh fruit and coastal grape flavors with the bold vanilla and sweet spices of American oak. As far as we know, we’re the first brewer in Europe to age a beer in California brandy casks, but don’t quote us on that. Owlie Curie is perfect ending to The Algorithm series, we hope it equals The Godfather and Toy Story trilogies that inspired it. To those beer geeks who collected all three Algorithms, we admire your passion and perseverance. If you ever want to see a Part IV you’ll have to make us an offer we can’t refuse.
