Malt is the base of every beer. Malt is grain that has been germinated and then dried. We use many different types of malt to give body, color and flavor to the beer.
Aaahhh… hops. We love them! Hops are flowers used primarily as a bittering, flavouring, and stability agent in beer. In our beers most hops add floral and fruity flavours and aromas.
Cubic Centimetre. So how big is the packaging?
Welcome back for another ride on the hop side with My Life Span. As you recall, this episodic series merges the radical London Fog yeast strain with two hyper experimental hop sorts. For #6 we turn to Idaho 7 and Azacca, two explosive hops that are juicier than a fruit cocktail on Bora Bora. Idaho 7 brings the stone fruit kick, Azacca the mango-citrus muscle. An NEIPA decked out for the tropics.
