Beer Specs

Yeah, we’re thinking My Life Span is back. For batch #4 of our hopsanity series, we mash a London Fog Ale yeast with – are you sitting? – five in-your-face hop varieties: Ekuanot, Mosaic, Pahto, Sabro and Cashmere. This is a big boy beer. Really, it is. If you’re not a hophead, please consider just walking away. Seriously, this is a little something for the connoisseurs.
