ABV is de Engelse afkorting voor ‘alcohol by volume’, oftewel ‘alcoholgehalte in volumeprocenten’. Nog makkelijker gemaakt: alcoholpercentage!
Aaahhh… hop. We zijn er gek op! Hop is een bloem die hoofdzakelijk wordt gebruikt om bier bitter te maken, smaak te geven en/of stabiliteit te geven. In onze bieren voegen de meeste hoppen bloemige en fruitige smaken en aroma’s toe.

Ella the Circus Elephant, it might make you think of something to mock about with your mates, although there is no joking about it at this circus, how ironic, right? The clowns are hiding and Ella, the delicate circus elephant is quite persuasive in showing she is nothing like her acquaintance Dumbo! She loves her beers as her men! Refreshing, sweet, juicy, with a super fruity twist to it. In other words; Perfection. The citrus with its slight haze might just be the factor that will make you want this over and over again without ever feeling that the sweet life may start your teeth to rot. The Double IPA has a solid flavor profile being enhanced by Ella’s secret ingredient. She might consider sharing it with you! After trying it yourself, of course. Ella won’t wait, although… don’t sip her down in one go, as she might just won’t be as girly as you may think she is when that 8% ABV starts surging through your system!
