Shipping costs

Orders up to €50,- euro are €6,95 shipping costs. For orders over €50,- euro your order will be shipped for free. We ask 6,95 to cover part of the shipping costs and to properly perform the 18+ age check at the door. The minimum order value to place an order is €15,-.

You can choose PostNL delivery (including Saturday delivery) and PostNL pick-up points in our webshop.

Delivery time

PostNL Shipping

The standard delivery time with PostNL is one business day. If you place an order on a business day before 9:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day. During peak periods, delivery may take up to 3 business days. On the day of delivery, you will receive an email from PostNL with Track & Trace information about your package(s). You cannot change delivery times with PostNL.

Track & Trace information

After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation from us and from the chosen carrier PostNL home delivery & PostNL collection point). On the day of delivery you will always receive an email with Track & Trace information.

ID verification upon receipt of your order

When receiving your order, the delivery person will ask for your identification. Please have your ID Card, passport or driver's license ready. If no one over the age of 18 is present at the time of delivery (to receive the order), the package will be delivered to the nearest PostNL parcel point. In that case, the deliverer will not visit your home at a later time.

The delivery driver will always verify that you are 18 or older, regardless of whether the package contains alcoholic or non-alcoholic products.

You can refuse a delivery at the door if there is a problem, and the PostNL delivery person will take the item back with them. The 14-day legal return period applies. If you wish to return an item, please let us know at klantenservice@uiltjebrewing.co.

How will my beers be packaged and shipped?

  • All our beers you order loose and beer packages will be packed in one or more boxes. If you order loose beers in addition to a composite beer package, we will ship additional loose beers in separate boxes. Our goal is to ship as many as possible in one shipment. However, it is possible that if you order multiple beer packages, your delivery will be delivered in two shipments. Two examples:

    - You buy two beer packages of 12 pieces: You will receive 2 boxes of 12 pieces.
    - You buy a beer package with 12 pieces (11 beers + glass) and 6 single beers included. You will receive two packages here; one of 12 pieces and one of 6 pieces.

  • Would you like to order a beer package to give as a gift to someone? Then keep in mind that you should place it as a separate order to ensure that it will be delivered as one box.
  • All our packaging materials and outer boxes are made of 100% recyclable and sturdy FSC cardboard, ensuring that our beers are shipped in a sustainable manner.
  • All the composite beer packages you order from our web shop feature a cool Uiltje packaging (fun to give) with playful printing and is full of surprises.

Delay during shipment

If you haven’t received your order yet, but it has been shipped, delivery may take longer than 24 hours. If your order hasn’t been delivered after five days, please send us an email with your order number toklantenservice@uiltjebrewing.co. That way, we can help you right away. You can track your order at any time using the tracking link in your account on our webshop. Please note that wemustreceive your reportin a timely manner (within 14 days); otherwise, we unfortunately won’t be able to help you with your missing package.

Sometimes something goes wrong during shipping....

Uiltje PostNL do everything they can to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Occasionally, things may go wrong. If this happens, we’ll work with you to find a solution. Please contactklantenservice@uiltjebrewing.co immediately.

I made a mistake with the delivery address! Can I still change this?

It is not possible to change the delivery address after placing the order. That's because the warehouse immediately starts collecting your order to send it as soon as possible. That is why it is important to check your address carefully after filling it in. Still a mistake in the delivery address? Please contact +31(0)88 623 7095 (Monday to Friday between 08.30 and 18.00) as soon as possible.
 
PostNL came by but I wasn't home, now what?
 
Is no one at home or is no adult able to receive the order? Then the deliveryman will deliver the order to the nearest PostNL collection point. Always check your mail with Track & Trace information to find out where your package has gone. 

Delivery outside the Netherlands

We currently supply our products exclusively in the Netherlands.

The billing address is not correct, can I change it?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the billing address after ordering.
