Different season - different ingredients
As a 100% natural product, beer has always been subject to seasonal whimsies. Brewers have always set their brewing schedules to the clock of fruits and spices. Every beer brewer is a forager at heart. Which is all to say, we absolutely love it when nature dictates the type of beer we brew, especially when they coincide with a good holiday. Little wonder then that many of our seasonal beers are in fact holiday celebrations, like F*ck The Christmas Tree is on Fire (Christmas) or its warm-weather cousin F*ck The Caravan is on Fire (summer vacation). It’s not just that we fear no fruit – Pineapple? Check. Blueberries? Yep. Hazelnuts? Easy-peasy – it’s that we fear absolutely nothing at all. If it grows naturally, we’ll brew it. Heck, we’ve even explored the anatomy of the red hot chili pepper (in case you’re wondering, it’s called Flaming Assowl) and deconstructed Teutonic desserts to create an Apfelstrudel Doppelbock. So if that’s the type of organic fantastic beer you’re looking for, well then you’ve come to the right place.
Winter beers at Uiltje Brewing Company
We love the winters here at Uiltje Brewing Company, because that means we can go heavy and black. We always have our IPA’s on the side but when the weather turns cold and the world turns darker and darker, we love to brew beers that make your heart warm up after a cold day out. For example our Stouts. It’s not especially a beer for the winter, but boy, oh boy does it taste good in those months!
Spring beers at Uiltje Brewing Company
When the dark days are over and more and more sunshine is blasted into our lives, it’s time to say goodbye to the 10%+ Imperial Stouts (only to revisit them every now and then during the rest of the year), to make some room for more easily drinkable beers. Our newest member of the Spring Beers is the Hoo-Dini. He has only made two appearances just yet, but he’s more than welcome to return to our brewery next spring!

You do know those days, right? Sweating your balls off, not wanting to do anything but seek for refreshment in any way. Yup, those days. Those days call for one thing, and that is refreshing beers. My friend, you’ve come to the right place because we feel your pain, and our doctor-esque brewers have brewed up some potions to lift your spirits and make you feel whole again. Think of our summer beer FF Lekker Met Je Bek In Het Zonnetje. A perfect low ABV, refreshing sessionable pale ale to keep you cool and wet (from the inside). Cheerio!
Fall beers at Uiltje Brewing Company
After the hot days, mother nature thinks it time to cool down a bit, and makes the world turn a bit more brown. That is precisely the same thing that we do in the brewery! The fall is the time that we start making seasonal beers like our bock beers! One of those is the Apfelstrudel Doppelbock. This 11% cinnamon, apple and vanilla bad-boy turns up every year and we love him for that!

Have something light and refreshing in the summer, cuddle up on the couch with a bock beer in the fall, or celebrate the holidays with a sweet, heartwarming stout.
